The Ride:
The San Juan Gravel Classic is a signature gravel cycling event hosted by San Juan Cyclists and based in Ouray County, Colorado. Designed for both competitive racers and adventure‑minded riders, this event blends demanding terrain with unforgettable views of the San Juan Mountains.
Whether you’re lining up to race or riding to complete the challenge, the Gravel Classic delivers a true Southwest Colorado gravel experience — remote roads, big climbs, and a strong sense of community at every turn.
The Purpose :
Ride for More than Miles
Every San Juan Gravel Classic rider helps support Ouray Advocacy for Kids (OAK) — a local nonprofit dedicated to strengthening families in Ouray County.
By registering, fundraising, or donating, you are directly contributing to meaningful, local impact. This is cycling with purpose.
The Ouray Advocates for Kids Foundation (OAK) mission is to empower Ouray County’s youth by funding programs and opportunities that inspire learning, growth, and well-being. We partner with local organizations to ensure every child has the resources and support they need to thrive.
How You Can Help
Ride: Join us in July and pedal with purpose.
Donate: Every dollar goes directly to OAK, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit, funding programs for Ouray County youth.
